Lisa Sanchez

Lisa Sanchez joined Kara Bolton Homes, Inc. as Bookkeeper in December 2020, bringing with her a steady hand, a keen eye for detail, and a heart full of care—for both her work and the people around her. During her time with the company, Lisa was known for her patience, attentiveness, and the vital role she played in keeping the financial gears running smoothly behind the scenes.

Though Lisa is no longer with Kara Bolton Homes in an official capacity, she remains a passionate supporter and will always be part of the KBH family. Her dedication to the company’s mission and her lasting relationships with the team continue to reflect her commitment to excellence.

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida in 1998. While at UF, she met her husband, John, in 1996. The two married in 2005 and built a vibrant, active family together. They have four children—Tony (18), who’s headed to play college football; Adriana (17), a dedicated tennis player; and twins Joey and Ray (15), who split their time between basketball and football. Lisa is also a proud stepmother to John’s eldest son, Santos (29), who is an actor in New York City.

Outside of work, Lisa finds joy in the simple pleasures—reading, gardening, and peaceful walks through nature trails. She’s her children’s biggest cheerleader, rarely missing a game or match, and she treasures time spent traveling with her family—especially trips to the beach
