All homesites feature a white picket fence and coach lights controlled by photocell designed to help illuminate the community each night. Alternating recessed front entry garages create the appearance of courtyard style homes, adding parking space for residents and their guests.
Fairway Pointe features curb, gutter and a concrete sidewalk set 12’ back on both sides of the road. The mailbox cluster is located under the arbor on the east side of the community and is managed by the US Postal Service in Newberry. Clay Electric Cooperative provides electricity to each residence. Gainesville Regional Utilities provides natural gas, municipal water, and sewer. Cox Communications provides fast 150 mb/sec Internet service, the connect and monthly fees are included in the low monthly HOA dues. Satellite dishes are also permitted with prior HOA approval.
Fairway Pointe at West End has several amenities for residents and their guests to enjoy. A butterfly garden and park benches are centrally located at one of the many walking trails that meander through the common areas.
