Fairway Pointe at West End, is a quiet community located west of I-75 just off of Newberry Road, near Jonesville. It is the last planned development of 75 single family residential lots on the northwest corner within the master Villages of West End Community, originally developed in the 1980’s.

More About The Community

All homesites feature a white picket fence and coach lights controlled by photocell designed to help illuminate the community each night.  Alternating recessed front entry garages create the appearance of courtyard style homes, adding parking space for residents and their guests. 

Fairway Pointe features curb, gutter and a concrete sidewalk set 12’ back on both sides of the road. The mailbox cluster is located under the arbor on the east side of the community and is managed by the US Postal Service in Newberry.  Clay Electric Cooperative provides electricity to each residence.  Gainesville Regional Utilities provides natural gas, municipal water, and sewer.  Cox Communications provides fast 150 mb/sec Internet service, the connect and monthly fees are included in the low monthly HOA dues.  Satellite dishes are also permitted with prior HOA approval.

Fairway Pointe at West End has several amenities for residents and their guests to enjoy.  A butterfly garden and park benches are centrally located at one of the many walking trails that meander through the common areas.  All residents within the larger Villages of West End community have access to the clubhouse and pool located at 1105 NW 124th Boulevard and the tennis courts along NW 12th Road. The clubhouse may be reserved for social gatherings through a friendly resident coordinator.   A newsletter is circulated by residents of the community regarding neighborhood events, such as Bingo held at the clubhouse.

Homeowners in Fairway Pointe at West End enjoy a well-maintained community with the help of a professional property manager.  The property manager manages the lawn care and irrigation system of the common areas, medians, signs, and streetscape up to the picket fence.  The current monthly HOA dues are $100 per month to support the Internet connectivity and management services of the community.
